What PDGroup actually is

PDGroup is the legal and financial backbone of the group. This is where customer contracts are signed, invoices are issued and people are formally employed before they ever set foot on a project.

Our role is to keep the setup simple and controlled: one contracting entity, one employer of record and one place where risk, compliance and money flows are managed. Under this roof we can run today’s core – industrial insulation – and add other critical trades or supply functions when they genuinely add value.

For clients this means straightforward lines: a single counterparty for contracts and payments, a clear chain of responsibility, and the assurance that the crews arriving on site belong to a real group, not to a stack of anonymous agencies.

How our group works

PDGroup holds the legal and financial backbone in one place. Under that sit the brands that deliver work in the field and the board that looks after competence and standards – with room to add more when it makes sense.

QuadraTech – technical delivery brand

QuadraTech is our operational brand on industrial sites. Today its core is insulation work and related support; tomorrow it can also front welding, prefabricated insulation, sheet metal production or pure material supply where that adds real value.

QICCB – competence & certification

Quadratech Insulation Competence & Certification Board (QICCB) turns real project experience into training paths, assessments and internal certifications for helpers, journeymen, foremen, supervisors and QA/QC staff across the group.

PDGroup – contracting backbone

We are the main contracting and employment entity. Customer contracts, invoicing, payroll and group-level compliance sit here – whether the work ends up in Sweden, elsewhere in the EU or on selected overseas projects.

Room to bolt on more

The same group structure allows us to add other critical site functions or supply roles under the PDGroup umbrella, without changing how clients contract with us or who carries the responsibility.

What we actually put on your site

We are not a slideware group – at the end of the day we put real crews, real scopes and real responsibility on your site.

Scopes we can own

• Field and workshop work:

  • Full industrial insulation packages (pipes, equipment, ducts, tanks – hot, cold, cryogenic)

  • Turnarounds, shutdowns and brownfield modifications

  • Long-term maintenance and upgrade programs

  • Project-specific prefabricated insulation and sheet metal production / supply

  • Add-on trades when needed: welding support, simple steel / bracket work, small auxiliary tasks

How we engage

• Contracting models:

  • Direct specialist contractor to the asset owner or plant operator

  • General / main contractor for insulation and related trades on smaller and mid-size projects

  • Specialist partner inside larger project structures (alongside EPCs or local mechanical contractors)

• Roles in our crews:

  • Helpers and journeymen insulators

  • Lead hands and foremen

  • Site supervisors for insulation and small multi-trade scopes

  • QICCB-validated people for QA/QC and method control

  All of them are directly employed within the PDGroup ecosystem and developed through our own competence paths.

Where we operate

We are built around European work, with PDGroup as an EU-based contracting and employment entity. From there we support projects in our main focus markets and, when it makes sense, selected overseas work.

Project-by-project work in other EU countries where it is practical and legal to mobilise our teams. We keep contracts, employment and social security inside the PDGroup structure, instead of creating random one-off setups.

Our primary focus today. Industrial and energy projects in Sweden and Norway, with PDGroup as the contracting party, proper registrations in place and local rules respected.
